FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Nothing feels worst than waiting for your garment to arrive. We believe any purchase needs to be delivered as soon as possible. Therefore, we try to ship the same day you buy (the following day if a purchase was done after 2 pm). Every single garment is carefully packed and posted with the most trusted courier depending on the shipping address.

All orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Sign For
Orders placed after 4 pm on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail between 9 am and 5 pm and will require a signature.

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD - FREE
All orders are sent by DHL
Please allow up to 1 -3 working days for your goods to arrive. Orders placed after 4 pm on a Friday, during the weekend or bank holidays, will be processed the following working day.

All prices on our site are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. If your order is being despatched outside of the UK, sales tax (VAT) will be deducted from your order value at the checkout.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if the order is being shipped outside the UK). These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are always doing our best to make sure you will fall in love with your purchase the moment you opened the box. Sometimes this is not enough and we understand that you might want to return your garment. In which case:

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being returned new, unused, makeup-free and un-scented with all Ekin Frog garment tags and labels attached. Ekin Frog reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resealable.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
​
We believe sustainable fashion should be affordable fashion. Luxury linen products should be in everybody's home and everyone's closet. Therefore, to ensure we offer you the most affordable prices we do not include any future possible charges and make the most appealing to you.

Hence, we are offering a FREE exchange, but NOT a FREE return.
​
Customers returning their order will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. Please, obtain proof of posting when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us, and we cannot refund goods that we have not received.

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of goods being received at our warehouse, however during busy periods such as the end of season sales, this may take a little longer.

FAULTY ITEMS
​
If you have received any items from us that you believe to be faulty, please let us know within 28 days of receipt. We offer free exchange or free returns on faulty items.
Please post the faulty items back to our warehouse. Please email your postage receipt. Once we receive the goods and confirm the fault, we will refund in full plus postage fees within 5 working days.
